Who produces flowing, melody-rich EDM and house tracks. His songs blend adventurous synth leads with poly rhythmic drums, generally creating an uplifting, party-ready atmosphere. He has been highly productive since 2019, releasing 2 full-length albums, Sunset (2019) / Vero (2021) and numerous singles and EPs.

Thulane Gustav Horst was born in Maputo, Mozambique in 2002 on the 11th of March. He began playing guitar and bass as a youth, Creating a Band with his 2 friends called (The 3 Mets) referring mets as the currency of Mozambique. He always loved music, whether it was playing at open mics or the Parents organizing for him and his friends to preform at venues for fun. Thulane had a passion of mixing sounds! Even while performing he would always id an error in the sound quality and would try to fix the guitar, bass, drums or vocals at all means necessary.

He started producing music with his friends at the age of 14, after he began attending boarding school in south Africa. Producing Hip hop beats & Mixing vocals, thereafter a friend introduced him to house music and he just loved the vibe so much that he became a DJ performing in major festivals and venues in Mozambique.

He then decided "I need to mix my own music" Which then resulted to him producing 24.7 With the support of his Parents He was able to 1. Get feedback from his father who managed in the 80s-90s one of the biggest clubs techno in Berlin (Tresor) 2. Was able to test his music at his mothers live music venue in Tofo, Mozambique (Dathonga) He started releasing dance tracks as 2LANE (Pronounced 2LANI) in 2019, with the full-length Sunset appearing on the producer's Afropean Records late in the year. In 2020, 2LANE released the EPs Drive and Waiting Freedom, as well as "The View" (featuring Miha Vac), "Heartbeat" (sung by the producer's sister, Charlotte Horst), and several other singles.
